Noah Bush started in the restaurant and hospitality industry at 17 years old, learning the ins and outs of good service. Wanting to provide a more upscale beverage experience, Noah opened Hodges Bend in 2013. Since then, Noah and his business partner, Chip Gaberino, of Topeca Coffee Roasters, have developed several other concepts together, namely Lowood Modern Woodfire, Saturn Room Tiki Lounge, and Open Container.

John Gaberino is the owner and CEO of Topeca Coffee Roasters, which he and his wife started in 2002. He has been managing, growing, and shaping Topeca for the last 19 years into the brand it is today. He has also since partnered with Noah Bush, who started in the restaurant and hospitality industry at 17 years old. Wanting to provide a more upscale beverage experience, Noah opened Hodges Bend in 2013. Since then, John and Noah have developed several other concepts together, namely Lowood Modern Woodfire, Saturn Room Tiki Lounge, and Open Container.
