John Gaberino is the owner and CEO of Topeca Coffee Roasters, which he and his wife started in 2002. He has been managing, growing, and shaping Topeca for the last 20 years into the brand it is today.

Noah Bush started in the restaurant and hospitality industry at 17 years old. Wanting to provide a more upscale beverage experience, Noah opened Hodges Bend in 2013. Since then, John and Noah have developed several other concepts together, namely Lowood Modern Woodfire, Saturn Room Tiki Lounge, and Open Container.

Caleb Hunt proudly leads teams at Lowood Modern Woodfire, Hodges Bend, Saturn Room, as well as Topeca Coffee. Caleb has a vast background in operations with over 17 years of hospitality and management experience. He has engineered many projects during his tenure at Hal Smith Restaurants, Brinker International, and during his time volunteering for local charity groups. Mr. Hunt earned a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK specializing in Hotel & Restaurant Administration (Hospitality & Tourism Management).

Alex Sapaugh is an artist and photographer with a focus on the food and beverage industry. She graduated with a dual emphasis BFA in Drawing and Photography from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Sapaugh has exhibited work across Missouri and Oklahoma. Her photography has been published in the international zine “The G-Word” and featured in the documentary Tecopa Lost which debuted at First Look 20/21 at the Museum of the Moving Image in New York City. Sapaugh’s freelance career and love for food photography helped her find her way to GB Provisions.
